what is good days all about?

Good Days is built on the belief that absolutely everyone deserves to feel fantastic. Health is for everybody, fitness is for everybody, self-care is for everybody, Pilates is for everybody. And every body. And it should be fun!

I’ve spoken to far too many people who have been too nervous to try a workout class because they felt intimidated, or who didn’t want to go for a run because they were self-conscious, or who were scared of what their friends would say if they stopped drinking.

Good Days is a community for all kinds of people at all levels of experience to transform their lives, get fit, gain confidence, make friends, and have tonnes of fun along the way!

You’re always welcome here!

Hi! I’m Cliodhna :)

In college I had bad anxiety. Like really bad - hello, first grey hair at 19 kinda bad.

One day I took a Pilates class, and it was the first time in months that I felt like I could hear the outside world, it was like my brain finally took a break. Pilates became my safe space, the one time in my week when I felt calm, and it helped me to expand that focused calm feeling to other areas of my life.

Eventually I realised I needed to bring that feeling to other people, so I did my instructor training with BASI Pilates. I’ve had the most wonderful experiences teaching a wide variety of clients in all sorts of settings, with all kinds of abilities.

I’m so, SO excited to be bringing Good Days into the world, because everyone deserves a community that supports them to absolutely thrive. I can’t wait to meet you!

P.S. The handsome man in all the photos is Toby, the brains behind the whole operation ;)

  • Head to the booking page (up at the top under “Classes”, or feel free to send a message or email instead.

  • Some classes are in St. Patrick’s Hall in Kilcoole - a lovely bright airy space tucked away just off the main street.

We also have classes on the beach in Greystones when the weather is nice!

Keep an eye on the Events page and our social platforms for classes elsewhere…

  • At the moment, all classes are beginner-friendly but suitable for all.

Many Pilates exercises offer various difficulty levels, so you can enjoy a class whether it’s your first ever or your thousandth!

In the future we’ll be adding a wider range of classes - watch this space…
