Me neither babe. Let’s get back at it though.

From the 1st of February, we’re taking 10 minutes for ourselves every day and rebuilding those habits. No pressure, no chasing crazy results, just five minutes for your body, and five for your mind. A very gentle, but even more powerful restart.
